My initiative is focussed on SDG Goal 3 which caters towards good health and well-being. My project focusses on spreading mental health awareness and providing valuable resources in National Capital Region of Canada (Ottawa-Gatineau). It also encompasses social responsibility such as community support, early intervention and nurturing in culturally sensitive programs where individuals feel supported, empowered, valued and respected towards a positive journey of overall growth and well-being. The name of my initiative is called "MENTAL HEALTH COLOUR". Mental Health Colour (MHC) is created on the values of respect, diversity, and compassion.
