Unicef reports that “More than half the world's children are suffering extreme effects of poverty, war and HIV/Aids, denying them a healthy and safe childhood, according to a report published today”. Depending on the country in which they were born, it is most likely a child will not enjoy the same rights. Numerous districts and nations in the Third World face extraordinary aberrations, and the variables being referred to, regardless of whether political, financial, social, cultural, ethnic or strict, can differentially affect every youngster. Notwithstanding the advancement that has been made lately, the circumstance looked by the offspring of our reality is as yet edgy. The most key privileges of minors are disregarded in many pieces of the world, and even in the most financially created nations, not all kids profit by similar rights. I feel lucky to have come into the world in a country like Canada, where I have privileges and rights that other children do not have access to in their country. Which is why, for my initiative, I wanna create a non-governmental association, in which we can raise money, through different actions and help numerous organizations for kids make an impact.
